Welcome to Zavvis Technologies. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and APIs (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services
   • Use the Services only for lawful, business-related purposes and not to:
   • Violate any applicable laws;
   • Interfere with or disrupt our systems;
   • Share false data or misuse financial integrations.
2. Account Access & Integrations
   • You must keep your login credentials secure.
   • When you connect a financial account through Plaid or QuickBooks:
     • You authorize us to access and use financial data strictly for cash flow forecasting, benchmarking, KPI analysis, and providing insights via our AI models.
     • You remain in control and may revoke access at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
   • All software, models, content, and tools are the property of Zavvis Technologies.
   • You may not copy or distribute them without our written permission.
4. Payment Terms
   • Any pricing or subscription terms will be shared with you prior to billing.
   • Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in advance.
5. Termination
   • We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
6. No Warranty
   • Our platform is provided “as is.”
   • We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated insights, forecasts, or third-party data.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zavvis will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
   • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
