• a. Business Financial Data
  When you connect your accounting or banking platforms—such as QuickBooks or through Plaid—we may collect:
  • From QuickBooks: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), journal entries, and recurring expenses.
  • From Plaid: Bank account balances, transaction history, account type, account and routing numbers (masked), and other financial metadata as permitted by you through Plaid.
  Note: When you use Plaid, you are subject to Plaid’s Privacy Policy, and your financial data is accessed and transmitted securely via their encrypted API. We do not receive or store your login credentials.
• b. Personal Information
  We may collect personal identifiers when you create an account or contact us: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name.
• c. Technical and Usage Data
  Through cookies or analytics tools, we collect: IP addresses, device type, browser information, pages visited, session durations, and diagnostic logs.

2. How We Use the Information

• Deliver and improve our Services and insights;
• Generate financial forecasts, metrics, and LLM-based recommendations;
• Help you manage cash flow and financial health;
• Provide customer support;
